I Am in Shape: Personal Development and Economic Empowerment Program for Women

I Am in Shape is a personal development and economic empowerment program designed to help women strengthen self-confidence, self-awareness, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial mindset. Through coaching-based workshops, self-assessment tools, and peer-learning activities, participants build the personal foundations needed for active participation in the local economy.

Women’s Entrepreneurship Lab “ISKRA” is an ongoing initiative designed to empower women in Bitola through entrepreneurship education, mentorship, networking, and public engagement. The project supports women from diverse backgrounds, including young women and vulnerable groups, helping them build confidence, develop business ideas, and actively participate in local economic and community development.
